The Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) announced on Thursday that it has deposited 120 billion dinars in non-oil revenues for July into the account of the Federal Ministry of Finance at the Central Bank of Iraq, Erbil branch.
According to the KRG Ministry of Finance, this step fulfills part of the financial agreement with Baghdad. The next stage is expected to be the handover of oil to SOMO, after which the federal government will release the salaries of the seventh month as agreed by both sides.
