A police source told NRT that one person was killed and three others were injured in a shooting incident in Duzkhurmatu on Saturday, October 4, 2025.
According to the source, the incident was the result of a social dispute. The family of a man previously killed in Khurmatu sought revenge and opened fire on a currency exchange shop where a person involved in the earlier conflict was present.
The police source added that one of the injured individuals had no connection to the dispute and was hit by random gunfire.
