According to a source in the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG), the list of coalition assistance for the joint brigades has been prepared and will be distributed next week.
A source in the Ministry of Finance told NRT that financial assistance for the joint brigades is scheduled to be deposited into the account of the Peshmerga Ministry next week. The amount of aid for this month is 183,000 dinars, and distribution is expected to begin on October 6.
Earlier, the US Department of Defense announced that it would suspend assistance to the Peshmerga forces from next year and hand over the case to the Iraqi government.
