Dana Gas announced on Thursday that the attack on the Kormor field was carried out with a missile and confirmed that no casualties were reported.
According to the company, gas production from the field has been suspended following the incident. A liquid storage warehouse inside the Kormor site was directly hit by the missile.
The attack occurred last night, causing only material damage. Dana Gas said production will remain halted while the situation is assessed.
