Security forces in Sulaimanyah have arrested a physics teacher from the University of Sulaimanyah, according to the director of the Metro Center.
Diyari Mohammed, the head of the Metro Center, told NRT on Thursday that they inquired about the reason for the arrest. He said authorities informed them that the teacher was detained for the misuse of communication devices following a formal complaint filed by a citizen.
The Metro Center said it will continue monitoring the case.
