The Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) has announced the amount of rainfall recorded in the past 24 hours across various parts of the Kurdistan Region. According to the Kurdistan Regional Meteorological Directorate, Barzanja in Sulaimanyah province recorded the highest rainfall with 149 mm, followed by Chawarta with 145 mm and Koya with 105 mm. Other areas also experienced varying levels of rain, contributing to replenishing water sources and affecting local transportation.
