The Iraqi Meteorological Agency (IMA) has announced that a new wave of rain will hit Iraq and the Kurdistan Region starting tomorrow.
In a statement on Monday, the Iraqi Meteorological and Seismological Agency said that the sky will begin turning cloudy in western Iraq from this evening until Tuesday evening, with nighttime rain expected to cover Anbar province and surrounding areas, reaching most regions by Wednesday.
The weather forecast for the Kurdistan Region indicates that skies will be cloudy in some areas.
Meanwhile, weather expert Pashtiwan Penjweni told NRT that temperatures are expected to drop by four to five degrees Celsius across different regions.
On Wednesday, forecasts suggest partly cloudy to cloudy skies, with low clouds forming during the morning hours.
