The supervisor of the Chamchamal Emergency Commission said that 1,268 households have so far received bank checks as part of the compensation process for flood victims.
Ata Mohammed, supervisor of the Chamchamal Emergency Commission, said on Wednesday, December 24, 2025, that since the start of compensation, 1,268 households have received financial assistance.
He added that a total of 1.7 billion dinars has been distributed so far, noting that compensation for damages to businesses and vehicles has not yet begun.
