The Ministry of Finance and Economy of the outgoing Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) announced on Monday that it has handed over 120 billion dinars in non-oil revenue to the federal government for the month of October.
According to the ministry, the amount represents the federal treasury’s share of non-oil revenues and was deposited into the bank account of the Iraqi Ministry of Finance.
The ministry added that the funds were deposited in cash into the Ministry of Finance’s account at the Erbil branch of the Central Bank of Iraq.
