Sirwa Abdulwahid, leader of the New Generation Movement list in the Sulaimanyah constituency, urged citizens on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, to "take revenge” for 34 years of injustice through the ballot box.
Speaking to the media, Abdulwahid said that voting is the only path to real change. "Today is an important day for citizens to take revenge on the injustice done to them. We ask citizens to go to the polls and vote,” she said.
She added that the general election marks a decisive moment for the people of the Kurdistan Region to hold the PUK and KDP accountable, emphasizing that the citizens’ votes will determine the outcome and shape the region’s future.
