Eight OPEC+ member states have agreed to raise oil production starting next month, with a total increase of 137,000 barrels per day.
According to media reports on Monday, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Russia, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Kazakhstan, Algeria, and Oman reached the agreement as part of coordinated efforts to balance market demand and support global economic stability.
This marks the third consecutive increase in production by OPEC+ in recent months. The eight countries are scheduled to reconvene in October to review market conditions and decide on further adjustments.
