Iraqi Foreign Minister Fuad Hussein announced on Thursday that political parties have officially begun negotiations to form the new Iraqi cabinet, and more than 10 candidates are currently vying for the position of prime minister. He added that the presidency will once again go to the Kurds as part of the political agreement.
Regarding payments, Hussein stated that Baghdad will send the September payment next week, while the October payment will also be transferred without any issues.
