With only two days remaining to issue or renew biometric voter cards, the election commission is urging citizens to visit their centers to resolve any issues. Citizens without biometric cards will not be allowed to vote, and those facing difficulties can request a home visit by the commission’s team. About 100,000 individuals born in 2007 in the Kurdistan Region are now eligible to vote and are encouraged to register.
