The Iraqi Council of Representatives will convene next Saturday to vote on two significant legislative proposals, the parliament announced in an official statement.
According to the statement, the session scheduled for Saturday, August 2, 2025, will include a vote on amendments to the Law on Political Prisoners and the Law on Regulating New Energy.
In addition, the agenda includes the first reading of proposed amendments to the Civil Defense Law and the second reading of the Environmental Protection Bill.
