The Iraqi Independent High Election Commission (IHEC) has announced that campaigning for the upcoming parliamentary elections will begin on October 9 and last for 30 days.
According to the commission, special voting will take place on November 9, with general elections scheduled for November 11, 2025. The period for filing complaints runs from April 15 to July 1, and coalition registration began on April 15. A draw for candidate order will also be held in July.
