Raperin Police Spokesman Shorsh Ismail told NRT that the suspect, identified as a man, broke into the home of his father-in-law and opened fire on Saturday.
Police teams arrived at the scene shortly after the incident and have launched an investigation to identify and apprehend the suspect.
