A delegation from the Democratic People's Party (DMP), including MP Pervin Buldan and Abdullah Ocalan’s lawyer Fayiq Özgür Erol, traveled to Imrali Island on Sunday, May 18, 2025, following approval from Turkey's Ministry of Justice.
The visit aims to discuss the latest developments in the peace process and the outcomes of the PKK’s 12th congress, during which the party decided to dissolve itself. This marks the fifth visit to Ocalan since April 21, 2025.
