Baghdad is set to host the 34th Arab Summit tomorrow, with all security and logistical preparations finalized, the Iraqi government announced. Arab leaders, kings, and high-level officials are expected to arrive in the capital to attend the regional gathering.
Iraq has extended official invitations to numerous Arab heads of state. Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani stated that the final communiqué of the summit "may include unexpected issues,” without revealing further details, fueling speculation about possible new positions or partnerships to be unveiled at the event’s conclusion.
Government spokesman Bassem Al-Awadi emphasized the significance of the summit, describing it as one of the most important in the history of Arab summits. The event is scheduled to take place on November 17 in Baghdad.
