The Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) and the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK) are scheduled to meet in Erbil today to discuss their participation in the upcoming sixth round of parliamentary elections in Iraq.
Sources have informed NRT that the PUK has proposed to the KDP the formation of a unified electoral list for the Iraqi parliamentary elections, with discussions expected to focus on potential collaboration ahead of the vote.
