A source within the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) told NRT that 120 billion dinars in domestic revenue have not yet been transferred to the Iraqi federal government, despite Baghdad's insistence on receiving the funds monthly under the terms of a previous agreement.

The KRG has reportedly begun internal preparations to distribute salaries for the sixth month but has not resumed oil exports through SOMO. The same source said that oil production has exceeded 100,000 barrels per day in the region, though exports remain halted.

Meanwhile, a delegation from Baghdad recently visited the Kurdistan Region to inspect oil facilities and prepare a report to be submitted to the federal government. No high-level decisions have yet been made about resuming oil exports or finalizing the revenue handover. Baghdad continues to demand the full monthly delivery of 120 billion dinars until a new agreement is reached.
