Iranian President Massoud Pizshkyan declared on Wednesday that efforts to eliminate Iran’s nuclear program are "imaginary,” emphasizing that Iran’s nuclear capability lies in the knowledge of its scientists, not in physical facilities.
Speaking amid heightened tensions with Israel, Pizshkyan said Israel has struck Iran, but Tehran responded with strong retaliatory measures deep inside Israeli territory. He added that Iran continues to enrich uranium within the bounds of international law, despite cyberattacks reportedly carried out using U.S. technology.
Pizshkyan stressed that Iran does not seek war but will never surrender. Any future negotiations with the United States, he said, must be based on mutual benefit and respect.
