The IHEC said Saturday that campaigning for the Iraqi parliamentary elections has officially ended, and special voting will take place on Sunday. The commission added that more than 2.7 million biometric cards have been issued so far, and polling centers will remain open to distribute cards until election day.
It confirmed that polling stations for special voting will open at 7 a.m. and close at 6 p.m., with participation from security forces and election staff.
