SULAIMANI — Iraq's Ministry of Migration and Displacement
said on Monday (November 29) the last flight to return the stranded migrants on
the Belarus-Poland border will be on Tuesday.
Ali Abbas the ministry’s spokesperson said so far nearly 1,800 migrants have returned to the country.
"The total number of migrants who wish to return
voluntarily to the country is 3,000 people,” he said.
In the last two weeks there have been a number of flights
from Minsk International Airport to Erbil International Airport. The most
recent flight was on Saturday.
