SULAIMANI — An oil company at Mount Zartak in al-Hamdaniya
district near Mosul came under missile attack on Thursday (June 9) and the
Turkish base at Zilikan was targeted for a second time.
Four missiles were fired at the oil company, Ghayas Surchi,
head of the Patriotic Unions of Kurdistan (PUK)'s media center in Mosul told
NRT, while nine missiles targeted the Zilikan base.
Two missiles were fired at the base earlier on Thursday
evening.
There have been no causalities reported yet in the attacks
tonight.
Mohammed Amin Gharib, the director of Zilikan, said earlier
tonight that one of the missiles landed near Koykan village and the other fell
between Peshmerga bases and the Turkish base.
