SULAIMANI — The Istanbul Exporters' Association said Turkey
has exported $1.6 billion dollars in goods to 181 countries in the past two
months, a large amount to Iraq.
The association is composed of organizations operating in
several regions of Turkey. It reported its two-month export report for the
beginning of 2023.
The report included the exports of 20,000 companies that
amounted to $1.6 billion dollars.
The report said $100 million worth of goods was exported to
Iraq. The highest number of exports to the country included poultry, animal
products, grain, beans and seeds.
After Iraq the United States, Germany, Britain and Russia
imported the most goods from Turkey.
