The head of the Summit Foundation for Refugees and Displaced Affairs, Ari Jalal, said Shvan Omar Ibrahim, from Zakho, had been seeking asylum for 21 years.

Jalal said Ibrahim was found dead in a park and it was discovered he had died from a health condition after his body was taken to forensics.
